Can we customize the space on one of your floor plans to better suit our needs?
Yes! We are a semi-custom homebuilder. We are able to make structural and design changes to make the home better suit your needs. Whether that be adding a bedroom, enlarging a space, adding more storage, or reworking the layout of the kitchen or laundry room!
Do you have a Design Center?
Yes! Our beautiful design center is located in our corporate office. We have an incredibly talented design team that is available by appointment to offer design center previews and selections appointments. We offer a wide variety of beautiful finishes and constantly maintain current market trends.
What features come included in your homes?
Our homes standard features include; tray ceilings, 18×18 tile flooring, open kitchen, maple flat panel cabinets, select lighting features, level 1 granite with coordinating 4” granite splash, chrome framed glass shower enclosure plus a freestanding or garden tub, and much more.
What kind of kitchen cabinets and countertops do you offer?
We have premium maple flat panel 42″ upper cabinets in your choice of 8-10 different colors, and your choice of beautiful granite natural stone countertops. Upgrades like cabinet glazing and quartz are also available.
